How can Happy Hour be from 4 pm to 8 pm when the link shows hours of operation are from 8 am to 1 pm?

Clearly it's open until 1am, web designers just fucked up

Looks like a placeholder biz tbh, probably easier to rent or sell that way than it was while derlict

Maybe, but I just went back and looked and on page 2 here the OP wrote in his post from 8 am to 1 pm. So maybe he screwed it up.
