Cambodia News (Kompong Thom Province): On May 29, 2022, in Anlong Ka'an region, Chombok Chrum village, Prasat commune, Sontok district, a 26-year-old man, Boun Yek from Thlong village, Tipo commune, was arrested for the murder of a 14-year-old girl, and dumping her body in a plastic sack in the river.


According to the police, the suspect was a convicted rapist who was recently released from prison. Once he was questioned by police, the man admitted to his crime, saying that he killed the girl because her mother had bad-mouthed him in the village and called him a rapist.
So, as revenge against the mother, on May 27, the suspect lured the daughter to drive with him and he strangled her to death. Then he stuffed her body in a sack and tossed it in the river before returning to his house.

On May 28, the suspect was called in for questioning, which led to his confession where he claimed that he killed the young girl because her mother called him a rapist and said his family were also rapists. The suspect was held in custody for further proceedings.

I hope they deal with him painfully and in a way that causes his death, but only after a lot of suffering. I watch a lot of true crime podcasts, i can think of a few ways to deal with him.

The only problem with the death penalty is that once he's dead, he's dead, and can suffer no more. It's why I'm not particularly in favour of it. Make the b*stard suffer every day for the rest of his natural life so that he's begging to be put to death. That would be proper punishment.
