Buffalo NY mass shooting

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Haven't checked all of these to verify but it seems a bit of a pattern, no?

Of course the shooter is mentally deranged. It will be interesting how this will be framed by the american media. The western powers are supporting Azov in Ukraine against the Russions.
It’s actually quite interesting looking at these observations and stats, and seeing how information can be skewed and manipulated to push messages and agendas which might easily be quite outside the real problems.
In principal, I’ve no issue with guns. I actually quite like them, and used to enjoy a bit of time on the range. In days gone by.

Eighteen students and up to three adults have been killed in a school shooting in Texas
The attack happened on Tuesday at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, around 80 miles west of San Antonio
The suspect was an 18-year-old male called Salvador Ramos, Texas Governor Greg Abbott says
He had a handgun and an AR-15 rifle, law enforcement sources say
The suspect is dead, and was believed to be killed by officers
The pupils were in second, third, and fourth grades - meaning aged between 7 and 10

Chillingly similar to the Dunblane shootings in the mid 90’s when Thomas Hamilton killed 16 small schoolchildren, their teacher and wounded many other children.
The government responded by banning private ownership of hand guns and semi automatic rifles.
Hamilton, a licensed firearms holder, was already known to the police and had previously had weapons seized and then returned, despite being suspected of posing a risk to the public.

One of Andy Murray's great motivations in his sporting life was the fact that he and his brother got out of that school alive. He felt he owed it to his classmates that were not so lucky to do the best he could and give something more positive back to the town. The UK learnt a lesson and took action.

An ongoing thread would be hundreds of pages long.
