Just five days after the supposedly stable Tether broke its' peg and dived to 0,94$ I would be pretty hesitant to store any serious value in USDT for longer than a few minutes.Just my two cents.

Wise I use and it works well. By opening a Wise account you will get virtual accounts in various countries. In Europe : your virtual account is based in Belgium, with a BE iban. You transfer your euros to there, and from there you convert into US$ to transfer to your account in Cambodia (Canadia Bank for me). You still have various transfer fees, it is unavoidable. But you benefit from the best thing with Wise : the most competitive exchange rates in the market.
