Men Fixing Breakdown Killed by Hit and Run Driver
Cambodia News (Kandal Province): At 4:40 am on May 14, 2022, on Street 115, Sangkat Takdol, Takhmao city, an unidentified car ran over 3 people, killing 2 and injuring the other one. The victims were on the side of the street, repairing their broken-down truck, when they were hit by the speeding car. The driver did not stop.
The victims were taken to the nearby hospital. The police inspected the damages and investigated the incident. The deceased victims have been kept at the hospital for the relatives.

Tragic and unnecessary, the hit and run driver is a coward. Should not be driving if you are not going to face your actions and responsibilities'
Always "hope" but never "expect".

I was told by my friend that most serious accidents seem to result in hit and runs, hyperbole of course but fairly accurate? Incredibly sad.
