Cambodia News, Svay Rieng Province: People were surprised and immediately reported to the authorities to come and check when a man fell from the 8th floor of King Crown Casino for an unknown reason at 5:05 pm on May 11, 2022 at King Crown Casino in Bavet Kandal village, Bavet commune, Bavet city, Svay Rieng province.

According to the police, the dead man was named DAO QUANG DUNG, 22 years old, a Vietnamese national,a company employee, residing in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a valid work visa for Cambodia.

Sources said that the police received information from residents that there was a case of a man jumping from the 8th floor of Building L, Room 727, King Crown Casino in Bavet Kandal Village, Bavet Sangkat, Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province. Upon receiving this information, the competent authorities led by Mr. Kim Lay, Chief of the Serious Criminal Police Office of Svay Rieng Provincial Police, and Mr. Dora Ang, Deputy Prosecutor of Svay Rieng Provincial Court, as well as Dr. Nuon Rithy, Chief of Consultation Unit of Chi Phu Referral Hospital, went to the scene to examine the body.

Authorities confirmed that based on the examination of the scene, and on hearing the testimony of witnesses and Dr. Nuon Rithy, the man died from a serious bodily injury, but the authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Currently, the body has been sent to the Department of Technical Technology (Wat Stung Meanchey) in Phnom Penh.

From CEO News: Strangely enough, another Vietnamese man died from "falling" from the 5FL of the same casino around two weeks ago, on 28 April - both deaths occurred at King Crown Casino in Bavet City. In both cases, a Vietnamese man allegedly fell or jumped from the upper floors of the casino building. Let us hope that the local police and the competent authorities will launch a full investigation into these deaths. newsworthy/casino-worker-dies-from-5th- ... 49535.html

“Allegedly fell or jumped”
But we know they were pushed or thrown, or jumping seemed better than the alternative standing in front of them
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Dammit! missed the LOL.
To add inappropriate humour, I took the title literally.... and spun it into a joke... that fell flat... again.

Soon I will be banned for irony.

Casinos are no good for any society. All they do are cause problems, usually to financially vulnerable people.

I like how Thailand and Vietnam outlaw them. There still are a few in Nam though.

In fairness, though, the casino is still something of a choice (like smoking, drinking, BDSM). These waves of employee/customer-pavement interface problems (at a time when Russian oligarchs are proving a tad fragile), it makes one wonder if someone unreliable hasn’t taken over the James Bond franchise.

I agree that people should be allowed freedom of choice. I guess my gripe is that punters are statistically always going to lose. That and Asians (racism bring it on) are mad about it.

Drinking and smoking will take decades to kill you. 1 night in a casino and a balcony are different.

The next James Bong will be a black hegirl with some crazy sexual identity, nailed on.
