Australian Elections

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

To all you Scomo haters, a question: Would you swap him for Boris Johnson?
Spoiler:
I didn't think so.
Be grateful for what you have, it could be so much worse.

You mean basted, that's a bloody unfair trade. Why dont you throw in a Prince Charlie or a Queen and a Margret Thatcher, and you've got a deal. And to show that us ozzies are a generous bunch we will throw in a Pauline Hanson and a Clive Palmer.

Did Boris close the borders, not allowing regular citizens to come or go? Breaking up families and killing businesses.

Scomo's lockdown was his attempt to show that he was in charge after his debacle with the bush fires the previous month.

Vote 1 anyone whose name is not Scott Morrison!

Well, you already have the Queen, and soon you'll have Charlie too. And Margret Thatcher is dead, so I think you've got all you have asked for save for some of her ashes.

And you already have the other Ashes, so be grateful.

What was worse not being able to return or not being able to leave?
I was quite happy not to return but I'd be pissed off if I couldn't leave. Think Australia was only county to do that.
