Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A man known as the Deputy Chief of the Land Traffic Police Office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police, named Muong Seiha, 43 years old, had an accident while driving a 2021 Lancer car, with license plate “Cambodia 3456 .MSK ”when he was extremely drunk.

The officer oversteered and left the road, crashing to a halt at the fence of the University of Health Sciences, at 10:50 pm on April 27, 2022 at the corner of Street 183 and Street 271 in Sangkat Tumnup Teuk, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh.

After the incident, the local authorities, in cooperation with the Phnom Penh traffic police, took the car and the owner to the land traffic office to wait for a settlement.
