Re: Depp didn't hit and Vardy didn't sneak
Judge Hilary Manley paused and made a point to the jury: "Many times in arguments between these two, Mr Giggs leaves, he says take himself away."
She then said that when Mr Giggs returns, he tells Ms Greville that she needs to leave and that she cannot sleep with him in the same bed.
"Does that give you any idea into the relationship or not?" she said.
The Judge is summing up for an acquittal.
AND
Judge Hilary Manley also said that Mrs Chung (a neighbour) saw something after the police had left.
She reminded the court the neighbour saw the Greville sisters and an unknown man running up and down the driveway, screaming and laughing as they carried Mac the puppy.
Mrs Chung said the mood was "high jinx".
The judge asked the jury to consider if this behaviour was "relief" or a "little strange" given the circumstances.
