How do you pay the taxes to the Cambodian government for the interest you’ve earned?

It's deducted by the bank.

Anchor Protocol on the Terra crypto network pays 19.5%, and accumulates every few minutes. No tax either.
https://app.anchorprotocol.com/earn

Terra is ranked #2 DeFi after Ethereum. Luna, the Terra network Coin is ranked #9 with a market cap of $30 Billion. It is also loaded up with Bitcoin to the tune of $1.7Billion to support the UST stablecoin, with a target of $10Billion. It is basically buying Bitcoin as a 'gold standard' backing assuming you believe in the long term good future for Bitcoin.

You can insure your deposit too. You can't do that with Prasac.

I might have mixed up some monthly or yearly interest withdrawal rates but the difference is usually 0.25%, the 5.75 with Sathapana is for monthly withdrawal.

Why is it that crypto and that ilk are always quoted in fiat to give it credibility?

Ironic really.

Please note all these rates are before tax. Tax is 14% of the paid interest for foreigners.
And 6% if you live here (*even if you’re a foreigner).
If that's the case they ripped me off because I will pay 14% at maturity for sure.
