How to pay Custom Duty at Pochentong Airport

Hi All,

Good background threads on the question below. But they address If and What to declare, etc. but not the mechanics of how one actually pays Custom Duty at PP's Pochentong Airport?

I'm getting in late, 11pm, and may declare based on the referenced threads. So, how would I pay Duty at 11pm? They have an office open at that time or I'm expected to come back?
