Patrick "Ghostrider" Von Fustenhoff

Nice fellow, a little calmer nowdays in his old age - made tons of videos and a nice living selling the DVD's and VHS cassettes before digital media became what it is today

this is one of his tamer rides

one of his legendary rides

fucking with piggies

Fair to say he was one of my motorcycling role models as a teen

Oh, him !
Right, i guess i focused on slightly older stuff, but yes, what a furious one too.

I was amazed watching these Group B races at the time, then i had my bike licence, and picked back interest only lately, after getting my car licence, 30 years later.

For those fluent in French, or curious to watch more, or just able to manage their level of discomfort hearing froggy frog garlic accent, i like these 2 guys and their way to tell the stories.

...So much meat standing around, for a shot, for a view, for the opportunity to touch the beast (and get their fingers cut), it all looked very normal at the time, it's only later when it disapeared i realized it was pretty much crazy, although not so many accidents as imagined, but quite enough.

Yeah, less cool when scaring the shit of average commuters, like the Prince Noir.
Crazy stuff, cool to watch, not to witness.
