Where should I go and what should this cost?

Somewhere that won’t screw up the whole phone obviously and make the situation worse

Try iRepair in TTP. So long as its just the exterior screen and not the LCD/OLED display, they should be able to sort you out. I've used them to repair my Mac and a couple of iPhones over the years, and they've been nothing but professional.

Good luck getting it fixed.

I used Sokly for this a couple of years ago. On the west side of Psar Thmei, across the road.
