Was having a good day till I looked at CEO

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Suppose so, I didn't intend to, I could have just commented on each thread but to be honest I was lost for words.

Yep, I wont be coming back. I feel like I have been constantly stung by amurauding mosquitos after my hard earned money. Cant believe how expensive everything is. $37 to get into Ankhor Wat....are you kidding......probably straight into the juntas pockets....ad whilst on that subject.....Vietnam came in here after seeing off the yanks and Aussies, and then stopping an incursion from China, and cleaned this place up got rid of most of the Pol Pot f**kas ....but right next door there is a similar regime killing their own kids, and Cambodia is silent.....WTF!?!?
The Chinese are slowly but surely ruining this place too....but ya all know that.....once their in, their in....shame really......

It seems to me there's been a shift over the last few weeks as to how CEO feels - it's become sleazier and more negative than informative or fun.

^^
I think there's the factor of the return of some cultural exchange tourists after a 2 year drought.. In part anyways to explain a couple of 'sleazy' topics..

Never noticed and to be honest those headlines don’t shock me anymore.
Worst I’ve seen is the woman who had that axe handle shoved inside her as far as it could go. Rank.

But then I don’t look at the darknet so CEO members can’t be that fussed.

4 out of 5 of the posts shown in the OP are local news items, not sleazy touristy things.

Pieman being the odd one out of the 5 is really nothing unusual for a Pieman post.
