One Bedroom fully-furnished flat on 3rd floor ready to move in.

Check out the video and note, if you can't handle an alley entrance, then try a condo away from the action.



Seeking responsible long-term renter at $420 a month negotiable plus utilities.

Cleaning and Laundry and internet for extra fee possible based on discussions.

Try this:

Riverside: Genuine one bedroom, elevator, modern fittings, swimming pool, gym, etc etc. No loud bars opposite and beneath you.

$350 a month

Is that a one-way alley? Yeah, I’m looking for a place close to the action, but those stairs aren’t made for someone after a night out on the town.

I lived in a nice tiny apartment in St 118. I was on what was once the roof so there were more than 120 steps. Tough going after a night out especially with a woman over the shoulder.
