Well USA hijacked Ukraine in 2014.
They overthrew the democratically elected govt in Kiev.

Victoria Nuland was on the streets of Kiev, handing out cookies, while the coup was happening.

They installed a puppet govt, made up mostly of Nazis who worship Stepan Banderra.

Odessa was 50% ethnic Russian in 2014.
99% of them fled to Crimea and Donbas.

Ukrainian military attacked Donbas with artillary for 8 years, killing 14k civilians.

Two "Minsk agreement" peace negotiations were carried out. Including Germany, France etc were ignored by the west.

Then Putin invaded.

Ok- nearly serious questions, now.

1. Exactly how needy is the Russian propaganda machine (along with a couple of other disparate subjects that seem to be getting disproportionate airtime) that has had so many of you sign up to a Cambodian mostly expat discussion forum, in such a short period of time?
2. Why aren’t you all on the frontlines, bravely supporting your brothers in arms in this battle of good and evil?

They haven’t seized them, yet, but they have frozen their accounts. They still haven’t determined what the final outcome will be yet. And they do support Ukraine.

yes, they have. if it means otherwise it's a threat too Russians national security.
what do you think the US would do, if Mexico announces they allow Russia to open a military base right at the border?
and b. t. w. to some men their word means something. you're obviously not one of them.

See your grasping at “what if’s”. But this whole ordeal has backfired for Russia. Now two (2) countries that border Russia that never had any intentions of applying for NATO membership has done so. This had nothing to do with NATO expansion, it is a land grab.

And since you seem to care and know so much about the situation, why don’t you ask Putin to list his reason(s), by importance, as to why Russia invaded Ukraine. Or is it all equal?

If it’s not in writing it’s only hearsay.

Again none of this has any basis in fact. None of it even matches up to any events on the ground.

Who ever stated that there would be nuclear weapons in Ukraine? Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons. And is the USA the only country in NATO?

And what about the Cuban missile crises? What happened? What was the outcome?
