Do you have any links which support that?

I can only see reports on US doing tests on July 21st at Narragansett. It's only 2 months difference from 'just days ago' and only several thousand miles away from the 'exact place' but let's not worry about the finer details. And by sailed all the way to Poland does it just mean left Kaliningrad? Oh where is that place you mention? Is it bordering Poland?

I understand the skepticism, if you think about the situation you'd ask what would anyone have to gain from blowing up the pipeline? Russia relies on it for its income, Europe relies on it for its energy needs, when Europe is hurting financially everyone feels it, including the US. It could be a false flag operation I suppose, blame Russia for it and use the excuse for everyone else to get involved in the scrap and shut Russia down... depending on your world outlook you could blame whoever you want.

But your meme isn't entirely accurate.

The pipe is large enough for (robot) carts to drive through it for observation and maintenance. Arm one of them with some explosives on the Russian side and let it drive Westbound........... No need for high tech underwater drones to do this.

Not saying this is how it went, it's just one of the options.

Now I understand why the Russian recruits are given tampons instead of pressure bandages, she tipped them!

Maybe she de-classified this info before passing it on?

Totally feasible, they’re called ‘Pigs’ and they are sent through pipelines to clean and/or inspect the bore. Their journey can be tracked remotely, and a pig carrying an explosive charge could be detonated at any chosen point along the pipeline.

Are these 'pigs' insertable from only one location ? Can they travel in only one direction ? Is Russia the only country with this technology ?

Pigs are standard equipment in the oil and gas industry globally.
They are inserted through designated pig launchers integrated in the pipes construction usually, but they can be inserted by dismantling and removing a section of pipe or a valve.
Pigs are normally forced along the bore of the pipe by the force of whatever product is passing through the pipe (oil, water etc) in the direction of flow (downstream) obviously, though some pigs have their own propulsion system and can travel in either direction, but this has to be done when the flow of product is turned off.
