We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. Tax free too, it makes one wonder what the restaurants normal years takings are.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Bookkeeping in the kow 😂
Most rich absentee bosses just check the machine report.
Staff just need not to type it in and pocket the bill, the only one that really would notice is the chef which won't speak if he is charge of buying produce as he gets a kick back from vendors as well.
Had some fun with some rich Khmer restaurant owners when i offered to give a look at their books and stock reports (usually after them saying that the restaurant dosen't make money even if quite busy) and regularly finding thousands of dollars missing in minutes. In a couple of restaurant downtown if i go in even years later i am like the Boogeyman.
But i won't order there anything but drinks in case they spit on my plate
Also i am avoiding to do this again as once the wife of a rich guy asked me to check their restaurant books as money seemed to disappear and after a round of interrogations the culprit was the husband's mistress raiding the cash register on a regular basis... Which let's just say opened a Pandora's box that was not worth opening.
