Openet forced closing due to debt
Re: Openet forced closing due to debt
It's very slow it seems. Just took 10secs to load a LinkedIn profile. That won't do.

Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.

My internet came back some time yesterday evening, connection is fine, Netflix played perfectly. So far so good.Doc67 wrote: ↑Fri May 06, 2022 5:08 pm I got a text from them and registered with their website. Still no internet. service useless and no information on my plan with them.
From their website it seemd that the minimum home use is $29 for 50mps. Is that right? Openet was $16 for 10mps which was fine.
The account still says nothing about my plan or balance or due date for disconnection - today at midnight - so we'll see how organised they are.
Edit: Am using it now and every website seems to have the spinny wheel thing spinning all the time and everything slow to load.
Re: Openet forced closing due to debt
Why is this still using Openet?
Anyway, here are speedtests. Local is great,
but go abroad and it's a different story.

My Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc works fine on eithwr tethered phone (Smart), or via Smart @Home (more normal) - For the phone you might need to switch plan to StreamOn8 which is the best for streaming from my experience.
