It's back now. I messaged Ezecom on Facebook, gave them my details, and they said I'm their customer now. Hopefully that's the end of it finally

I tried to phone them on their 24/7 support number on their website, neither number works. The AI bot on the website is worse than useless. so have you transitioned from Openet to Ezecom? How long did it go off for?
I have no idea but if this is ezecom its next to useless right now I am using my smart roaming the openet was so slow couldn't even send or receive email.
