Sihanoukville Police Conduct Stop and Search for Drugs and Guns

Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanouk Province): Nine arrests were made when Sihanoukville police conducted a surprise crackdown on public roads on Wednesday night, February 16, 2022, under the guidance of Major General Chuon Narin, Sihanoukville Provincial Police Commissioner, who oversaw an operation between the joint forces of the Criminal Police Force, the Anti-Drug Police Force, the Road Traffic Police Force, and the Intervention Protection Police Force.

The authorities inspected 135 vehicles in a stop and search operation for explosive weapons and drugs in Village 1, Sangkat 3, near Prince Shopping Mall, Preah Sihanouk.
Sihanoukville Provincial Police said that as a result of this cooperation, nine people were arrested in five cars, including two women. The officers confiscated 1 small bottle of white powder of suspected drugs and 4 pistols.

At present, the suspects and exhibits have been handed over to the specialized forces for interrogation.

Yeah sure, but apart from that, there was only the uncapped, negotiable, $2 speed, when the lights are on.

I have been stopped a few times in PP at night at one of these police roadblocks, they were the black and green shirts, the blue shirts go home at 17:00. Serious attitudes and they told me it is a check for weapons. Everyone get out of the car and the smallest guy crawls through the car opening everything.

OK now for the CEO detectives, looks like someone was driving the company van. Which company belongs to the lettering on the van door? A free beer to whomever has the answer!
