Chinese Trafficking Victim Alleges His Blood Was Harvested in Sihanoukville

They warn people not to fall into the trap but by the time they find out it's a trap it's to late
Rather than warn people why not go close those places down and arrested those involve you know who and where they are, or is it that you may step on someone's important shoes

Cambodian National Police: a Chinese man kidnapped and used as a blood slave is fabricated news, adding the Chinese man and 3 people arrested.
In their press release, dated today, the General Commission of National Police say that ‘After receiving the above unfortunate information, the General Commission of the National Police directed the specialized unit to conduct an immediate investigation by inspecting various relevant locations and collecting the answers of witnesses, and found that the above information was fabricated by LI YA YUAN LUN, male, 31 years old, Chinese and 3 stakeholders.
LI YA YUAN LUN, who claims to be the real victim, was smuggled into Cambodia illegally, but due to a physical illness, contacted a group of people to help find a solution to his problem.
Three stakeholders assisted LIYA YUAN LUN in plotting to fabricate false information about detention, torture and slavery to sell blood as an excuse to help LI YA YUAN LUN escape.
Currently, LI YA YUAN LUN and 3 related persons (1 female) have been detained by the authorities to build a case to be sent to court for legal action.’

Chinese Embassy urges Chinese nationals in Cambodia to abide by the laws of Cambodia and China
The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cambodia has urged Chinese nationals in Cambodia to abide by the laws of Cambodia and China, to protect their rights reasonably and not to fabricate rumours and deceive the public
The statement was made by the embassy’s spokesperson on February 28th.
“We appeal to the general public, please open your eyes wide, know how to differentiate between the right and wrong, and not let the crooks cheat you,” read the statement.
The appeal was made after information shared on the Internet that a Chinese man was captured and sold as “blood slave” in a ‘Chinatown’ in Preah Sihanouk province.
On Feb. 28, the statement added, the Cambodian police informed the Chinese Embassy of the preliminary investigation results and issued a statement declaring that the “blood slave” case was a fabricated news.
The spokesperson quoted the Cambodian National Police’s statement saying that Li Ya Yuan Lun, a Chinese national, has entered Cambodia illegally and later developed severe liver disease and contacted an association for help.
For various purposes, three people helped Li Ya Yuan Lun to fabricate the story and spread the false information that “he was illegally detained, abused and tortured like a blood slave”.
“This act deceived the public opinion and seriously affected social order,” he said. “The next step, they will be sent to the Cambodian court for trial.”

Re: Chinese Trafficking Victim Alleges His Blood Was Harvested in Sihanoukville
I suppose its nothing to be alarmed by, most of the criminal activities are in house, between Chinese people, there had been other national's, such has Thais, but there had also been Thai criminals involved, but then again there was a bunch of Pakistanis who apparently only made a fuss because they could not eat the food. There was some Cambodians too, but did not hear much about the continuing story.
But the latest statement above is that the Chinese should respect the law of China and Cambodia. That seems a little strange to say! We all know our own country laws, but apart from acting and knowing right from wrong the laws are of the country that you are in, and foreign people should abide by the laws of that country.
