What time does the war start today?
Anyone have any idea is World War Three an early morning or late afternoon war,the latter would be far more civilised?

Innocent people may be about to have their lives torn apart but you think it’s a great opportunity to seek attention

How anyone can find humor it what appears to now be an unavoidable human catastrophe is beyond me. With Russia appearing to lend support to a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, and of China appearing to lend support to a Russian invasion of Ukraine, only a global tragedy can result.Singapore Slinger wrote: ↑Wed Feb 16, 2022 6:18 am Anyone have any idea is World War Three an early morning or late afternoon war,the latter would be far more civilised?

My response pretty clearly indicates that I’m currently of the opinion that an attack on Ukraine is imminent. I’m not American so barely see/hear anything of Biden. I’ll show my ignorance of international politics and confess I have no idea who Bunter is - unless you mean Billy Bunter and are referencing Boris. I don’t see much of him either.Singapore Slinger wrote: ↑Wed Feb 16, 2022 8:46 amDo you honestly believe this, have you been conned by Dementia Joe and Bunter?
When the Ukraine Prime Minister, who about 36 hours before had said the USA ismaking an issue when there is no attack about to happen, stated yesterday that he now believes an attack will occur Wednesday his time, I thought - here we go - it is going to kick off.
Do I think the media made up the story that the Ukraine PM said that? No, but if later information suggests they did, and nothing happens, I won’t sit in a corner blubbering that the likes of you were right and I was wrong. I’ll form my opinions as will you.
The difference between us is I semi respect you reaching different opinions because I understand how that happens, and I don’t point fingers, mock and say what an idiot just because I don’t agree with you.
I’ll call you a bloody moron for having bad humour or for putting down others so we can all see your special kind of intelligence, but not for a different opinion.

Re: What time does the war start today?
Is there anyone here who truly believes that there will not be a major global war soon??
China-Tiawan
Russia-Ukraine
anything in the Middle East tbh
India-China
World wars are inevitable. and they occur with very predictable timings. 72 years after a major war there is a high degree of certainty that there will be another.
Old hatreds never die. They just get forgotten about but they linger. Once the participants in the previous war grow old, retire, die etc and the younger generations who grew up never having felt the real horrors of that war make the same mistakes and end up fighting the war again (though it is often against a new "enemy")
A generational crisis era or 4th Turning are both used to describe this process (from generational theory).

Also, sites like Brietbart are running with headlines "The Hoax must go on.."
So the narrative being pushed about the imminent war in Ukraine is coming from the left leaning media.
I would be more concerned about Taiwan as the Chinese are going to need a huge distraction for their current woes re: Evergrande and "off-the-book" loans that are now crippling their cities/provinces.

How do those conspiracy sites explain the huge build up of Russian troops on the Ukraine border though? CGI from communist Hollywood?
Silence, exile, and cunning.
