A foreigner was DUI and crashed his Mercedes car with the fence of Angkor Medipharm Services Company

Phnom Penh: A Mercedes car driven by a very intoxicated foreigner who only wore a boxer crushed with the fence of Angkor Medipharm Service Company around 12:30 am on 6, May, 2015 at street 99, Beoung Trabak commune, Chamkarmon district.

According to the witnesses, before the accident, they have seen a Mercedes car with the plate number Phnom Penh 2M 7707 was driven by a foreigner who had no clothes only his boxer. He was completely drunk and he drove so fast all over the road. When he reached the place mentioned above, he crushed his car with the fence of Angkor Medipharm Service Company which severely damaged the car, but it didn’t stop. It continued to hit a big flower pot and the wall.
After the crush, the front part of the car was completely damaged, but it was still working, so he was tried to flee the scene. Then when he reached the street 95 corner of street 394 in Beoung Trabek commune, Chamkarmon district, the police stopped him. Later he along with vehicle were brought to Chamkarmon police station.

i have seen so many barang driving without helmet, didn't stop at the traffic light. They are following Cambodian. :facepalm:
