Do the Cambodian authorities really want a signature and an official stamp on:
a) The proof of certificate or document of vaccination?
b) The certificate or document for COVID-19 negative status (PCR)?
What do they charge for the Rapid test of COVID-19 upon arrival?
And did anyone arrive in Cambodia with his own insurance, I mean, not the insurance from FORTE.
What exactly was the text on your document, proving you were covered for Covid-19?
What documents are asked at the airport of transit (Bangkok, Singapore,...)?
Any other recommendations?

Last week, Jan of 2022, flying on Singapore Airlines from Los Angeles to the KOW, they would not accept the negative COVID test results in a printed out email form, without an original doctors signature and medical license stamp written on the printed email to certify it.

They also required a QR code that linked to a digital vaccination sight showing that you are fully vaccinated.

Valuable info here thankyou for posting.....Any americans had issues flying with the white hard copy c.d.c. card proof immunization /dates/hospital ? If you lose your card lab staff give you printout/paper copy notebook size . Looks terrible unofficial compared to actual hardcopy card

a) A wet ink stamp/signature has never been a requirement on the vaccination Card/Certificate, but ensure you bring a colour copy with you for them to scan.

b) Cambodian officials are no longer fussed about the wet ink stamp/signature on the pre-flight PCR test, but some airlines/airlines check in staff are still very anal about it, people are still reporting being denied check-in for not having a wet ink stamp/signature.

c) Rapid Antigen Test on arrival is free of charge...for now.

d) Insurance is not mandatory. The mandatory requirement to purchase the Forte COVID-19 insurance policy was cancelled in Nov 21.

e) You need to check the transit destination requirements as they are all different and constantly changing.

I came in with a letter from the belgian "ziekenkas", i asked them to put specially the dates and cambodia in it and that covid was included. It was at the moment that nobody really knew what they wanted, just tried it and it was okey for them. I think there is only one mutuallaty in belgium who still covers world-wide: "the sossen" !!

Bongmab69: did you have any official stamps on your proof of vaccination and on your pcr test? Where did you get those stamps?

Bring a copy because they need to scan it and the scanning machine can't scan cards, if you don't have a copy they send you off to get one for $5 and you'll have to move to the back of the line, delaying your entry.

The only issues were during the check in with Singapore Airlines in Los Angeles, We were able to provide the correct documentation and arrival in the KOW was very low key; however, there were several passengers who were not allowed to board the flight due to issues with the paperwork regarding their COVID testing, vaccination status, or visas.
