Tuktuk Passenger Jumps Woman Motorcyclist by Aeon Mall

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 30, 2022, a 33-year-old male doctor, Heng Pisey also called Vireak, was arrested for attempting to rob a motorbike from a woman at the traffic stop on the streets 1003 and 92 in front of Aeon Mall Sen Sok, Bayap Village, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, at 7:40 am on January 29, 2022.

The suspect was in a passapp tuktuk waiting at Aeon Mall Sen Sok traffic lights, when he spotted the victim waiting alone with her motorbike. He then leapt out of the tuktuk and pushed the victim off her bike on to the road, jumped on to her motorbike, and attempted to drive off.
However, the victim was quick to stand up, grab on to the suspect, and scream for help. People came running to assist her, and the thief was arrested by the authorities soon afterwards.

10 to 15 percent of doctors developed a substance use disorder at some point in their lives.

I figured that was more due to easy daily access to drugs, or have I been watching too much House?
