Sorry, but I just can't buy the line of "numbers are down, let's ease the restrictions." Even the most incompetent politician would know to not to back off restrictions at this time in order to avoid to appear conceding defeat.

It's the same thing when Trudeau made the convenient excuse that he was exposed to covid and went missing for several days afterwards, right as the convoy was approaching Ottawa.

Even if that were all true, the optics are just terrible at this point for JT and all he looks like now is a total weasel who is running scared, especially since his government decided to give itself some more power out of...where?

Admittedly being more on the truckers side myself, there's rumblings on both sides now that not just blue collars like me aren't happy with Trudeau.
