When you're being deported are you allowed to upgrade to first class?

The most comprehensive poll taken in recent days showed
71% of Australians wanted him deported.
14% not.
ie 5:1

Those figures were generally consistent across the political, age and gender divides. ie, Australia was united on this.

EXcept.. his biggest supporters were the Australia United Party, of course.
A rump party without any seats - Trumpian wannabe's, anti vaxxers, only has a presence because it is funded with untold millions (literally) from a fat, egoist, china dealing, serial-lying, libertarian mining magnate that 95% of Australia despises. personally.

UAP supporters polled 3:1 FOR the jock.
This poll demonstrates quite clearly just what outliers Trump wannabes are in this country. Thank flock.

Didn't stop him flying in on Emirates. Plus he's got a medical exemption lol

Must have return ticket. Isolate him in First Class.

Do you reckon he'll dump on Australia once safely away?

Well, I didn't know this: Tennis Australia organised chartered flights for players. Maybe they chartered a special flight for him home too..

Australia Open to have chartered planes from six airports around the world for players

The Australian Open takes place between January 17 and 30, 2022, and the organisation have already planned chartered flights from six airports for the players taking part.

As was the case last season and as MARCA have been able to learn, Tennis Australia have chosen six airports from which to charter planes for participants, those being Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Los Angeles, Santiago, Tokyo and Singapore.

Tennis Australia believe that the chartered flights are the best idea to reduce capacity and minimise risk of infection of players. It also allows for more luggage to be checked in.

The prices will vary from around 820 euros to 3,797 euros, depending on whether players choose to fly economy or business class.

The best thing for English Cricket is to find a way for Novak Djokovic to open the batting….it took the Aussies almost 2 weeks to get him out! :hattip:

Novak Djokovic reportedly is in talks with lawyers about suing the Australian government for $6 million over “ill treatment” during his last stay in Melbourne.

The unvaccinated Serbian tennis star, 34, claimed he had a visa exemption but was deported before the Australian Open.

Insiders told The Sun the damages figure includes the $4.35 million in prize money the World No . 1 expected to have won.

A source close to his agent Edoardo Artladi said: “It’s well known that Novak and his family feel he was poorly treated in the quarantine hotel in Melbourne. His mother revealed how it was full of fleas and maggots. He was kept a virtual prisoner.”

Lawyer Toma Fila added: “He was subjected to humiliating treatment. He should sue.”

The London-based law firm representing Djokovic told news.com.au it would not be adding further comment at this time.

If the Australian government applies the standard 3 year ban rule, will he sure for $6m for every subsequent year he is not allowed in?

What about every other country that wont let him in?
