Tennis Australia were desperate for Novax to play. That's why they provided him with a handy list of possible loopholes he could use in order to qualify for a visa in the first place.

Former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd: “What a surprise! Morrison’s govt cancels #Djokovic’s visa to win the weekend media cycle—showing us all how hairy chested he is. Why on earth did they issue the visa in the first place? One big political distraction from empty shelves & the national shortage of boosters & RATs,”
Ya know it's BS when Kev Rudd bites into it, he's the one who blew the bank in a popularity contest
WTF does Scotty have to do with issuing visa's?
What's concerning is the extremism!

Don't pretty much all airlines require fully vaccinated for boarding? Or did they accept his medical exemption. Or did he get special privileges?

And how will he continue his career if he needs to fly? Let alone to get back to Serbia if he's deported? Especially now as he's got the world's attention on the matter?
Surely he doesn't travel with the plebeian riff-raff. He'd have his own private jet.

You're right, apparently he has his own private jet according to google.

However, he didn't use it for coming to Australia this time.
Djokovic arrived at Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport onboard an Emirates Boeing 777-300ER. The Emirates flight EK408 landed at 23:15 local time after 14 hours in the air and the operating aircraft was A6-EGI. Globally, the rule has been set that airlines will not let you board a flight without entry paperwork. Like other airlines, Emirates also follow the same rule and Emirates is in the firing line too amidst the blame game.

However, experts claim that apart from vaccination certificate, medical certificate for exemption from vaccination is also considered as a valid proof for travelling. The ace tennis player got a certificate of exemption from the Victorian state govt.

Relevant rule for entry to australia:
If you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons
If you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, you will need to provide proof that you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons to airline staff. You should also check any requirements, particularly quarantine requirements, in the state or territory to which you are travelling. Proof that you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons is separate to a Commissioner’s travel exemption. https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/vacc ... lers#toc-2
So how will he get home if deported and will he have to do 14 days quarantine first?

It's getting more and more interesting how the rules are being found out they only apply to the plebs, the longer this goes the more everyone gets found out.

I expect Scummo will ride in on his high horse and save the day with a stern warning and permission to stay.
If he was to be chucked out, it would be done already.

Money talks?

Perhaps he could just lease a private jet.

Instead of Medevac Novakvac.

The question is though, could they force him to do that?

Well Victoria gave him the green light on his exemption. It is a pretty glaring illustration of my earlier contention: a centralized federal response to the pandemic is wanted for this.
Shuffling responsibility and blame onto the States is an enormous error.

Now he can blame Andrews, Scummo will wring every drop of political capital that he can from this embarrassing circus.

Sure, he could probably lease a private jet to leave, but he has to find a destination country that will let him in with his medical exemption from vax which has since been alleged may be dodgy as to whether he was or wasn't actually positive for covid. =@
