High temp baking silicone?

Wondering if anyone knows of a place that sells high temp baking silicone. Sheets are okay if the gel/hardener isn't available.

Looking to do some high temp food related stuff and want to make my own custom stuff.

I saw it in Thai Hout on the st.63, 2nd floor.
