It’s a good job the guardsman 💂‍♂️ didn’t step on the kid with those parade boots, he’d have looked like roadkill.

I watched that a few times and it looks like someone chucked the poor kid under the marching guards? I know they are highly trained soldiers and possibly recent veterans of foreign wars but I doubt they are trained to stamp over wayward children. I blame the parents.

Most definitely the parents! Though I'm sure that they are trained that nothing is to stand in there way!
