My experience in 2019 was similar. By the time I would have been able to finally use their platform, I had already returned to Thailand.

it's an automated anonymous service; I used use them quite a lot back in 2017 and 2018 but they are expensive by today's standards as they buy ¬5% below spot and sell ¬5% above spot
As others have said use Binance p2p either thru wing or aba, they seem to have given up on crypto prohibition now since last year, so unless you are moving so much cash that binance flag it due to AML regulations you shouldn't have trouble; that said don't come crying to me if you do

Hard to believe ABA will allow transfers to / from Binance.
