Can C visas be extended to one year and be multiple entries?

Just a simple question, can the C type visa be extended to one year? If so can it allow for multiple entries? Thanks.

And, MoveToCambodia says, "The first visa is good for three months and subsequently can be renewed for up to a year (based on the length of your contract) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ask your employer if you are eligible, because not all NGOs qualify."

Seems like a single entry visa only for the 3 months version, but i can't find any info on the one year version.

C-visa can be extended and allow for multiple entries but can only be extended by NGO's which have an MOU with the ministry of internal in Cambodia.
If I recall well even the 3M extension is multiple entry.
