Worst Christmas songs

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Worst Christmas songs

Apparently, it's December and Christmas is coming up in a week or two.

So, obviously it's a good time to share those songs that most get on your nerves and you wish had somehow never been recorded. I'll start with this incredibly cheesy number from that guy that used to be in the Beatles and then was dead, and then was in Wings, which had some good songs, and then he put this out in 1980:

I may be going to hell in a bucket,

Do they know it's Christmas. - I get the sentiment and the fact it was a charity record but the most unsurprising 'No Shit Sherlock!' moment of my entire life was when I learned that Bob Geldoff wrote it from start to finish in the back of a taxi during the ten minute ride to the studio.

Quite possibly the worst song ever, let alone Christmas song.

I really love Christmas songs at this time of the year, but always HATED Last Christmas by Wham! Can't stand to hear it on the radio etc...
