Kampot, Cambodia: Sounds like a foreign male with a bunch of kids in his SUV was ran off the road, hit a billboard sign pole, called someone to pick him up on a motorbike, then they all left.

Police are still waiting for the owner to come back and pick up the vehicle.

Your post says Battambang but the article says Kampot.

Which is correct?

Kampong Kandal is in Kampot province. The license plate in Battambong but it doesn't mean it happen in Battambong.

He kind of looks like a regular poster on one of the Kampot groups. I dunno, the face looks kind of familiar for some reason.
