The military is claiming the suspected drug runner they’re holding is 37 years old, if he can prove he’s only 30, perhaps he can argue a case of mistaken identity, and use the classic “I’m not me” defense? OJ’s lawyer would have argued “If the age does not fit, you must acquit”

Last figure I have seen was for 2018 when 85 people were executed.
