Free Assange
Re: Free Assange
Hey Guys, we have a 17 page thread about men being sneaky with condoms and their removal without the women's knowledge or consent. It's called 'Stealthing' and here's the link...RorschachRev wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 8:39 amYes, the criminal offense is that the condom Assange used was intentionally torn. That is the "rape" charge, disputed, without full share of evidence. She was called a honeytrap because it completely looks like a setup full of crap.johnny lightning wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 6:02 am "in a country that required condoms for everyone who had sex but wasn't married." Can't be arsed to look it up. Is this actually true? Seems a joke if it is.

Re: Free Assange
No the criminal offense is not a ripped condom. She repeatedly told him she did not want to have sex without a condom. One morning she wakes up from him having invited himself into her funny cave without any protection. From there stems the rape charge.RorschachRev wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 8:39 amYes, the criminal offense is that the condom Assange used was intentionally torn. You're talking about one of the times they had sex, that's part of the story but not why he's being charged.

Re: Free Assange
My take on Assange....
1. he accepted leaked video and published it
2. he did not request it, nor entice the supply
3. this embarrassed the US in general, as opposed to merely embarrassing the Presidential office. (eg. Richard Nixon/Watergate)
4. USA has in recent years, chosen to ignore a principal of law called "geographical nexus". This is where the actions of a person outside US become a crime within the US. (eg... sending anthrax in the post from one country to the USA) If there is no geographical nexus , then it is outside jurisdiction.
5. extradition treaties only allow extradition of the person, if the actions of the person constitute a crime within the country where the action was undertaken. It is my understanding that Assange was in Sweden at the time of publication, and within that country, what Assange did is called journalism, and not a crime.
I am of the opinion the Assange matter is nothing but politics and selfish revenge.
of other journalism to which the reporter faced no legal action for reporting on (using leaked documents)........
1. faked propaganda and secret CIA operation of the Bay of Pigs (Cuba)
2. faked enemy fire in Gulf of Tonkin (catalyst to the US involvement in the Vietnam War)
3. Watergate
4. Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky
5. the Iran Contra affair
6. the My Li massacre
7. the mass execution by CIA of Afghan prisoners of war.
....... just to name a few

That's what you think huh? Dude literally didn't use a condom when she requested multiple times. Guess you're fine with someone banging a female family member of yours with HIV after refusing to wear protectionRorschachRev wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 11:28 pmThe "rape" charge was actually having sex without a condom, in a country that required condoms for everyone who had sex but wasn't married.
Re: Free Assange
Well this female does not class that as rape - I’m tired of the term being watered down. Find another term for when a selfish dickhead refuses to abide by a female’s terms to have sex - and the female’s inability to set stricter thresholds and get rid of him if she has to say it more than once.Darkcel wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:47 amThat's what you think huh? Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

The British Bulldogs moved to the USA In 1607. The British lapdogs and inbred blue-bloods stayed in the UK to enjoy the peak of Victorian Britain, and to oversee its demise post WWI.Pseudonomdeplume wrote: ↑Wed Dec 15, 2021 10:38 pm Because the States are saying regardless of your citizenship, or where you live - even if you have never been to U.S. - or where you sing it from, it is illegal to truthfully talk about American atrocities. And anyone with any parts that resemble mettle, should do what they can, because his own, Australia, is too weak to look after its own.
Extradition is inhumane, UK. Time to stop being a poofy poodle and be that British Bulldog.

Re: Free Assange
As far as I'm aware, the rape charge has nothing to do with his extradition from the UK to the USA. The rape charge was dropped long ago.
His extradition from the UK to the USA is purely about what he published via Wikileaks.
Why is everyone talking about his rape charge? It's kind of irrelevant at this stage.

Because someone brought up that others were supporting a rapist.xandreu wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 4:06 pm As far as I'm aware, the rape charge has nothing to do with his extradition from the UK to the USA. The rape charge was dropped long ago.

Julian simple highlighted that governments control rather than represent.
We see it throughout the world & usually associate with a more corrupt & less civilized society.
The masters of the land of the free lost face & will seek their vengeance like the spoilt son of a Cambodian general

Yes, the US is a dysfunctional third world country and should be seen as such.
