Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 13 December 2021, a handsome man with a fresh complexion, known to be the son of a big guy, was found overdosed on drugs and lying on the ground outside his luxury car. The man apparently stopped to refuel at 3.10pm, but he suddenly got out of his car and caused a weird scene, falling on the ground, rolling around, whining for help, and throwing water bottles at passersby.


Sources at the scene said that they witnessed the man driving a white RANGE ROVER with license plate Phnom Penh 2BQ-3969 into the Total petrol station, at the traffic light intersection of 163 Street, Toul Tompong, but while his car was being refueled, he got out of the car, fell to the ground and rolled around shouting for help. This caused a great deal of commotion among the people in the street, and a crowd soon gathered around to watch the scene. Then all of a sudden the man stopped screaming and sat up.


Police who arrived at the scene then approached the man to calm him down and comfort him, and they took him with them to the Toul Tompong 2 police station, in order to call his family to come and take him home.
Police confirmed that the drugged man is the son of a 'big man', and the spectators murmured that it was quite obvious that he had been using drugs to excess, because he had totally lost the plot.

Well, I for one am happy the young man got out of his car at this point. If he happening to carry on driving, he may have caused himself or other's harm, while under the excesses influence of drugs he may have taken. Wonder if he got a pat on the back for acting responsible.

From the photos on CNE it seems he had a driver. The driver doesn't look very happy.
