Pakistani Man Holds Friend Hostage for Refusing Money for Alcohol

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh) On 7 December 2021, a Pakistani suspect was arrested by Sen Sok district police in connection with aggravated intentional violence at 1:00 am at the Avan Car Sales Warehouse, Phnom Penh-Hanoi Road, Anlong Kgan Village, Sangkat Khmuonh, Khan Sen Sok.

The suspect arrested was MUHAMMAD IRKRAM CHEEMA, a 44-year-old Pakistani man who worked as a customer service representative for the car dealership, who used two recycled swords and a black and red wooden stick during the incident against the victim.

The victim was BILAL NAZIR, a 27-year-old Pakistani man, who was staying with the suspect at the Avan Car Sales Warehouse; he suffered two injuries from the suspect.

The two men had a fight on the night of 7 December, when the suspect asked the victim for money to buy alcohol, but the victim refused, and the suspect was angry with the victim for not giving him money.
The suspect then tied the victim to a chair with a rope, and used a machete to hit the back of the victim's head with the stem of the machete, causing swelling. The victim's right hand was also bruised in two places. When the victim was unconscious, he untied the victim and tied the victim again to a window; then the suspect went to sleep.

The next day, at 6 o'clock in the morning, while the suspect was asleep, the victim managed to gain consciousness and free himself. He climbed out of the window without the suspect knowing.
That afternoon, on December 8, 2021, at around 1 pm, the victim came to the police station to complain of the incident. Police then went to the warehouse and detained the suspect and also confiscated two recycled swords and sticks belonging to the suspect for questioning, and the victim filed a complaint against his attacker.

The suspect is currently being held in custody at the Sen Sok District Police Inspectorate.

"...for Refusing to Give Money for Alcohol"

Tore the leg off, climbing out the car window while the suspect was asleep in the front seat.

Makes his own clothes? He's nearly finished those pants.

Why is it called a pipe when it is clearly a bong, and whats with the straws? Is that so you can smoke it next door without possession?

I called it a pipe. A bong is a water pipe. They often turn up in the news with extended straws. Fuck knows what that's about. :?

Maybe it's just because people on meth are into crafts and fiddling with things. 8-)

There's more meat on his pipe than his pipes! :D

Is that photo at the police station?
The cops must be about to distribute those bags of rice to the poor and in-need again.

Considering Pakistani passport holders are on the restricted list for Cambodia, I am surprised by the amount of them actually in Cambodia, guess they're all purchasing Visa supporting documentation to get here, similar to Nigerians who are also on the restricted list.
