Thanks for your input everyone, but I'm more confused than ever - so far - I'm coming out, I'm pregnant, I'm epileptic, someone will die soon;I feel insecure, am making costly compromises and have self-esteem problems; I'm about to die or become a meth addict.
Not sure now whether I should see a dentist, a shrink or an undertaker.

Anyway, interesting to know this is a common dream, and so many interpretations that you can pick and choose. Perhaps uncertainty is closest to the mark - it's hard to be sure.
