Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A drunk foreign man became angry with the staff and argued with the shop owner until he violently destroyed the property in the shop, causing damage to the building, at an unnamed shop on the corner of Street 308 and Street 21 in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
The foreign man who spoke English and French was not identified.

According to a source from the shop owner, before the incident, the foreign man came to sit and drink beer in the shop. He was drunk and ordered two small bottles of beer for snacks.
The owner of the shop said that while sitting down to drink beer, the foreign man was touching his female employees repeatedly, and seeing that the man was drunk, he, the shop owner, told the man to stop harassing the staff and leave his shop. But the man refused to leave, so he chased the man away. The foreign man became violent and smashed items in the shop, causing scattered damage.

Then, according to the source at the scene, two other foreigners came to help the foreigner, thinking that he was being beaten up by the staff.
After a brawl, local authorities intervened and the foreign man demanded compensation of $1000 dollars, accusing the shop owner of injuring him, but the shop owner also sued the foreign man, demanding $ 500 compensation, alleging that the man deliberately destroyed property in the store.

After the incident, after the authorities intervened, both parties agreed to end equally, and no one paid anyone.

I believe that man's name is Terry and he's commonly known for doing this around TTP or in his own hour in Toul Kork

I really don't know why cambodians put up with these drunk nasty ugly foreigners. If a similar situation was to happen where I live, there would be severe repercussions dealt out!
