A pregnant woman on Koh Rong island was rushed to the mainland to give birth last night. Are there are no medical clinics on Koh Rong ?

Cambodia News, Koh Rong: A pregnant woman giving birth in the middle of the night in Koh Rong City was rescued in time by the Governor of Koh Rong City and the team of Tycoon Tea Vichet, who provided timely intervention by sending a GTVC boat ambulance from Koh Rong to the port of Sihanoukville, and then taking the woman safely on to the Sihanoukville Provincial Referral Hospital.

I think the phrase Koh Rong City might have confused you

Its not really a city and there aren't hospitals
