Where can I buy sheets/rolls of paper seals?

The title says it all (well should...). I sent my guys out, but without having a sample and a real clue what I am talking about ("yellowish paper that car/truck parts dealer should sell" was not that successful), they came back empty handed.
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over
