That went better than expected.

I hadn't thought of that, but you've given me an idea, CC. Cheers.

It's Perth.

Commuters can purchase a Smartrider card which allows you to add credits for travel. Rather than fiddling around with change you tap your card (tag on or tag off) on small data boxes located just inside the doors.

I have a lot more respect for full time YouTubers today than I did in the past. How some of them knock out a video a day shooting, writing and editing by themselves is pretty remarkable considering the quality of some of their content - I think a lot of the enjoyment of the process would be lost for me trying to maintain that sort of intensity.

Yr video moved me. As an outgoing social person, I did feel very lonely. Definately illicits emotion.
My entire life can be summed up in one sentence:
"Well that didnt go as planned".

Wow, that was really amazing. The soundtrack was as polished as the video. Haha, I feel like a 'loner' for the first hour or two after I get up, and want no interactions with another human. After a cup of coffee though, I'm an extrovert onward.

Subscribed, and hope you keep them coming. :good:

Don’t watch Toubers insular self loathing grandiose videos as a rule.
However, Airplayed that to my TV. Nicely shot and the content was honest and thought provoking. Great cinematography.

Why don’t you do a voiceover, or would that ruin the style?

Nice shot at the end. Kings Park or South Perth?
I don’t recognise that funky bridge. Is it new?

Good job.

I thought adding a voice over would detract from the pacing a bit - or clutter it up. I was trying to bring some sort of vacancy or emptiness to it.

The arched bridge at Elizabeth Quay was built a few years ago now. The last shot was looking back toward the city from Vic park/South Perth.

Thanks for the compliment on the content and cinematography. I find imagery the most interesting aspect to it all, but also the most difficult to get a handle on.

Rainbow Lorikeet; Trichoglossus moluccanus

"The most commonly observed bird in Australia" and much loved
BUT not your one, Kung Fu.

The rainbow lorikeet was accidentally released into the southwest of Western Australia near the University of Western Australia in the 1960s and they have since been classified as a pest.[2]

Apart from that. The Little Black Cormorant; Phalacrocorax sulcirostris was fab. one of my faves

Foraging Little Black Cormorants may occur in flocks of hundreds or possibly thousands, which sometimes feed co-operatively. They have been recorded surrounding schools of fish in open water, and forming a line across marine inlets to catch fish washed out on ebbing tides

They feed cooperatively, like dolphins - sometimes working together with other species.
Not sure if the term "flocks" is appropriate tho'. More like gangs.

No, but I'll be sure to try and get whatever animal passes by for our next zoology lesson, Stern. :thumb:
