Female Loan Shark Murders Debtor Mom with Killer Kick
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 2:35 pm on October 26, 2021, in Borey Rong Roeurng, Sangkat Prek Leab, Khan Chroy Changvar, in room 19-3K, a 43-year-old woman, Eang Eng, died after suffering a deadly kick from a female loan shark who came to collect the money she owed.
Before the violence, neighbors saw the female loan shark walking up to the victim's room, then moments later, a fight broke out, where the witnesses clearly saw the two women tackle each other with chairs and shoes. During the fight, the loan shark landed a powerful and final kick on the victim's stomach that knocked her down. After landing a kick, the loan shark escaped, leaving the victim on the ground in agonizing pain.
The victim later died from the fatal kick to her abdomen, and was found by her husband and children who just got back from work at 4:00 pm on the same day. (The police autopsy found a large bruising on the victim's stomach.)
The victim's body was given to the family for the funeral. The victim's family filed a police report and has sued the loan shark for the murder. The identity of the loan shark has not been disclosed.

Fatal teep to the liver? She sounds like a skilled fighter. Or perhaps the debtor was of ill health. Tragic ending for the lady.
Sorry to go off topic slightly, but it makes me think about the cold reality of real world violence vs Holywood portrayals of it. Untrained people throwing punches hurt their hands and wrists, and a single kick to the body can end a life.

Such a terrible event. Where did the creditor's brains go? How the hell was she trying to recover her debts? Sounds terribly stupid, rash and evil.
Off book money lending has been around for years. It's idiots like this that demonize the trade.
Does she not make more money, the longer the debtor delays? Is that not the goal... collect interest rather than capital as much as possible.
She destroyed a family for no bloody reason. wth...
This reeks of a personal feud, rather than loan shark intimidation.
Yes. Borrowing from loan sharks can destroy lives. I don't recommend it.
But borrowing from friends and regular people is far more dangerous. That leads to mindless violence like this.
Loan sharks, no matter the scum they are, still operate with a set of rules.
I truly hope the victim's family finds peace somehow and the killer turns her life around and truly regrets the depths of her evil on Oct 26, 2021. someday.
