**Under market Price**Condo-Urban Village 1 ,22nd Floor, 2 bedroom, city view

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Please post the floor plan of the apartment and some pictures would be useful.

Also, how many apartments in the building and how many lifts (elevators)

Here is a video, complete with a brace of srey saart to distract you from the details of the finishing!

BTW, the 2 bed is described as 55m2. That would make the asking price of this one now $1,363 per m2. Compared to $1,772 when purchased in 2019 (presumably off-plan).

This is worth a read, on the topic of condos (scroll down to 30 Sep post at 5.17pm), business-and-finance/the-beginning-chin ... l%20estate

There's no such thing as "under market price". Market price is, by definition, only what someone is willing to pay.

Just what I said these developer new condos are terribly overpriced and once u got them then they decrease value similar as a car. Even architectural look like a catastrophe with many blocked views.
