Re: New Normal for Restaurants - SOP's
Possibly a dumb question, but if 99% of adults, and the majority of minors vaccinated, what is the point of requiring showing your vaccination card?
Re: New Normal for Restaurants - SOP's
Dunno but I was at Burger King in Aeon 1 and even though they’ve got stickers on the table about vaccine requirements I was not asked. Nor anywhere else.

guideline 39 has been like the golden rule for restaurants/kitchens since time immemorial.
(Keepin' raw stuff apart from ready-to-serve).
Bloody ell, have some of 'em only started applyin' this rule now?
Re: New Normal for Restaurants - SOP's
Still some restaurants don't even have soap in the bathrooms. Still!!

If they don't accept your UK proof you can easily convert it to acceptable one by wrapping it in a 5000 Riel note.nerdlinger wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 2:07 am Anyone know if my UK vaccine QR code or card will be accepted anytime in the next year? Is there a mechanism to get it converted to a local one?
Or will it be less hassle to just get another vaccine?
What proof of vaccination do you have in the UK at the moment? Credit card type thingy?

Whoever taught them this phrase deserves to be shot. Do oxymorons even exist in the Khmer language? Are they aware that the phrase is a tongue in cheek phrase that shouldn't be taken seriously.
My favourite:

To protect responsible people from those who don't value public health.
Scarier than malaria.

Exactly. Wether the whole Covid thing is a big scam/conspiracy or the vaccine doesn’t work or you don’t agree with it has no bearing on getting the country back to “normal”, especially if you’re a guest.ali baba wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 11:47 amTo pressure the remaining 1% to get vaccinated.Khmer_Risotto wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 9:13 am Possibly a dumb question, but if 99% of adults, and the majority of minors vaccinated, what is the point of requiring showing your vaccination card?

Why would someone vaccinated still worry about others so much?ali baba wrote:To pressure the remaining 1% to get vaccinated.Khmer_Risotto wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 9:13 am Possibly a dumb question, but if 99% of adults, and the majority of minors vaccinated, what is the point of requiring showing your vaccination card?

They don't care about themselves, but about the health of society in general. It's a heroic sort of vibe.
We all need to get the jab to keep critical care emergency preparedness ready for other possible threats to humanity.
