Phnom Penh Village Submerged in Waste Water, Calls for Help in Vain
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): According to a Facebook post by Ly Hour Heng, the villagers in Sambour village, Sangkat/Khan Dongkor, complained about the stagnant flood water, combined with sewage water, that has flooded their neighborhood and houses for over a month now.
There have been no authorities coming to inspect the situation, looking for solutions, or even just to officially record the issue. There have been no offers of help at all, which is why the villagers have to publicly seek help, as the water is causing them sicknesses and negatively affects their daily life.

I hope all the residents are wearing masks and closely following the 3 Dos and Don'ts of the government.

I notice the new borey in the background is ok and that’s what contributed to the flood.
People of the world, spice up your life.
