Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): The police team of the Department of External Investigation of the General Commission of the National Police of the Ministry of Interior led by Lt. Col. Meas Hel, Director of the Office of Cooperation with the Chbar Ampov District Police Force, led by Lt. Col. Seng Sony, Deputy Inspector, Lt. Col. Mam Makara, Deputy Inspector , Colonel Svay Dara, Veal Sbov Police Station Chief, arrested a Chinese man accused of fraud on 14 September, 2021.

A 35-year-old Chinese man, Xi Jiang, was arrested at noon on September 14, 2021, for allegedly committing crimes involving violation of trust in China, local police said. Police raided No. 61, Street P15, Borey Peng Huoth, Khan Chbar Ampov, in Phnom penh and took the suspect into custody.

After the initial interrogation, some exhibits were confiscated, and the Chinese man was taken to the External Intelligence Department of the National Police for further proceedings.

Good collaboration between the 2 countries. This will put a statement to those Chinese criminals in China to not using Cambodia as a safe heaven.

Anyone know what country the blue passport comes from ? AFAIK, red is mainland China and Taiwan passports are green.

The wording on the blue one also says "People's Republic of China". I think the blue one is for travelling within Chinese territories, such as Hong Kong and Macau, etc.
