I can only speak from the perspective of people I have actually known who have done and experienced these things. And I know men and women who have woken up to a partner getting it on with them. It’s not always ‘rape’ (at least not to me. I don’t know if the legal definition means it is)

If you don’t feel violated it isn’t rape so don’t label it as such. I suggest you don’t go shoving your dick into sleeping women unless you know they will respond favourably. Same for women - don’t go bouncing on a man’s morning glory / viagara rod unless you know he’s ok with it.

I think - and may be biased in my thoughts - that more often men would wake up thinking woo hoo. Perhaps less women would respond positively because it triggers a feeling of violation/loss of control, given how many women feel in a male dominated world that they are fighting for genuine equality in.
